Cancellations and Rescheduling
Every appointment slot at Quiet Aesthetics is reserved specifically for you, and our diary is carefully managed so we can give each patient the time, attention and clinical standards they deserve. Plans can change, and we always aim to be fair and reasonable, but late cancellations and missed appointments have a real impact on a small clinic, so we appreciate your understanding of the policy below.
Appointment cancellations and changes
We kindly ask that any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request is made with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur any charge.
Arriving late
If you are going to be late, please call or send us a WhatsApp message on 01506 371026 as soon as possible so we can advise you and adjust the schedule where we can.
We will always do our best to accommodate you, but depending on the time remaining it may not be possible to carry out the full treatment safely, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Late arrival may be treated as a late cancellation if the appointment cannot go ahead.
Missed appointments and late cancellations
Appointments that are missed, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, may result in a fee. This reflects the time reserved for you and the short notice given.
Deposits for certain treatments
Some treatments require preparation in advance or involve ordering specific products. In these cases, full payment or a deposit may be required ahead of your appointment. Where applicable, this will be clearly explained at the time of booking.
