Before Your Visit
I have booked a consultation. Will there be time for treatment?
If you are interested in Wrinkle Relaxing injections, this treatment can be carried out on the day. For all other treatments, a further appointment will be required.
I am running late. What is the best number to call?

I have a toddler. Can I bring them with me?
Yes, we have a waiting room in the clinic so little ones are welcome to come along.
Where can I park?
There is plenty of parking available in the car park directly behind the clinic, or on the street in front of the building.
Something has come up. How do I change my booking?
Please give us as much notice as possible. Appointments can be changed directly on our booking portal. If you are giving less than 24 hours notice it will not be possible to change your booking online. Please contact us directly on 01506 371026.
I have changed my mind. Can I cancel my appointment?
Of course. Appointments can be cancelled on our booking portal. For any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice it will not be possible to cancel online. Please contact us directly. As outlined in our policy, appointments missed with less than 24 hours notice incur a £50 rebooking fee. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before a future appointment can be confirmed.
