The Fillmed range offers two superficial chemical peels designed to improve skin quality and target specific concerns without downtime. Both use gluconolactone, a next-generation peeling agent that exfoliates and stimulates skin renewal without stripping the skin of moisture.
The Fillmed Light Peel is designed for congested and acne-prone skin. Suitable for sensitive skin types, it improves clarity, reduces congestion and refines overall skin texture.
The Fillmed Bright Peel targets pigmentation and uneven tone. A unique combination of gluconolactone with phytic, citric and glycolic acids takes the skin’s pH to 1.5 for superficial peeling, delivering instant uniformity and working on long-term improvement of pigmentation. It is also an effective anti-ageing treatment for fine lines and wrinkles.
Who is Suitable
The Fillmed peels are suitable for all skin types. They are not recommended for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or for those with eczema, psoriasis or any active inflammatory skin condition. If you have had recent laser treatment, please wait at least 3 months before booking.

How it works

The Fillmed peel is applied to cleansed skin and left to work for a short period before being neutralised and removed. You may feel a mild tingling or slight burning sensation for 3 to 5 minutes as the peel works. This is normal and subsides once the solution is neutralised. The treatment takes around 15 minutes in total and requires no preparation beforehand. You can return to your normal activities straight away.

The Fillmed peel requires no downtime and you can return to your normal activities straight away.
Immediately After Treatment
Your skin may appear slightly flushed and feel tight immediately after treatment. This is normal and settles within a few hours. Avoid touching the treated area and do not apply makeup for at least 4 hours.
First 48 Hours
Avoid sun exposure for the first two days following treatment and apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50 thereafter while the skin is still in its regeneration stage. Do not use retinol, glycolic acid or salicylic acid products during this time.

What is the difference between the Light Peel and the Bright Peel?
The Fillmed Light Peel is designed for congested and acne-prone skin and is suitable for sensitive skin types. The Fillmed Bright Peel targets pigmentation and uneven skin tone and is also effective for fine lines and wrinkles in more mature skin. Your practitioner will recommend the most appropriate option at your appointment.
Will I peel after treatment?
The Fillmed peels are superficial and produce minimal to no visible peeling. You may notice some mild flaking in the days following treatment but nothing that would prevent you from going about your normal routine.
Is it painful?
You may feel a mild tingling or slight burning sensation for 3 to 5 minutes during treatment. This is normal and subsides once the peel is neutralised.
How long do results last?
Results from a single peel typically last between one and two months.
Can I have a Fillmed peel if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. The Fillmed peels are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Can I have a Fillmed peel after laser treatment?
Please wait at least three months after laser treatment before booking a Fillmed peel.
