Who is Suitable
Suitable candidates are generally 18 or over with visible platysma bands, early jawline laxity or a loss of definition in the neck and lower face. Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have certain neuromuscular conditions are not suitable.

How it works

The platysma is a broad, flat muscle that runs from the chest and shoulders up through the neck to the lower face. As it ages and tightens, it pulls downward on the jawline, creating visible neck bands and reducing definition. The Nefertiti Lift works by injecting small amounts of botulinum toxin along the lower jaw and into the upper platysma bands, relaxing the downward pull and allowing the muscles of the upper face to lift without resistance. The result is a more defined jawline, a smoother neck and a naturally refreshed appearance. Results develop over 7 to 14 days and typically last around 12 weeks
What to Expect
Aftercare
Wrinkle relaxing injections require no downtime. You can return to your normal day immediately after treatment, with a few simple guidelines to follow in the first 24 hours.
Immediately After Treatment
You may notice small raised areas at the injection sites that settle within a few minutes. Mild redness or tenderness is normal and resolves quickly. Avoid touching or massaging the treated areas for the rest of the day.
First 24 Hours
Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms and lying flat for 4 hours after treatment. Do not apply pressure to the treated area. Alcohol is best avoided for the remainder of the day.
When Will I See Results?
Results develop gradually over 7 to 14 days as the muscle activity reduces. A free review appointment is offered at 2 to 3 weeks if any area requires adjustment or topping up. Do not judge your results before 2 weeks.
