Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses precisely placed hyaluronic acid filler to reshape, straighten and refine the nose without surgery. Small amounts of filler are injected into specific areas to smooth bumps, correct asymmetry, refine the tip or create a straighter profile. Results are immediate and entirely reversible.
The treatment is ideal for those unhappy with the shape of their nose but not ready for the permanence, cost or recovery time of surgical rhinoplasty. The tip of the nose can also be lifted by combining filler with a small amount of botulinum toxin injected into the depressor nasalis muscle, which pulls the nose downward.
Who is Suitable
Suitable patients are generally 18 or over with concerns about the shape, profile or symmetry of the nose that can be addressed by adding volume rather than removing tissue. Non-surgical rhinoplasty cannot reduce the size of the nose. A consultation is required before any treatment to confirm suitability.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty works by introducing small, precise amounts of hyaluronic acid filler into specific areas of the nose to alter its shape and profile. Injected above and below a dorsal hump, the bump becomes far less noticeable and the bridge appears straighter. Applied around the tip, it creates a more refined and lifted appearance. The filler integrates into the soft tissue, holding its shape while remaining entirely reversible. Treatment takes around 40 minutes, results are visible immediately and typically last 12 months.

What to Expect
Aftercare
Dermal filler treatments require minimal downtime. You can return to your normal day the same day, with a few simple guidelines to follow in the first 24 to 48 hours.
Immediately After Treatment
Some swelling, redness and tenderness around the nose is normal immediately after treatment. Avoid touching, pressing or blowing your nose for the remainder of the day. Do not apply makeup to the treated area for at least 4 hours.
First 24 - 48 Hours
Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, sunbeds and alcohol for the first 48 hours. Avoid wearing glasses that rest on the bridge of the nose for at least 48 hours as pressure on the treated area can affect the filler.
First 2 Weeks
Avoid any facial treatments including massage, microneedling or laser for at least 2 weeks. Do not judge your results until all swelling has fully settled, which can take up to 2 weeks.

The nose is a sensitive area with a complex blood supply, which is why practitioner experience and anatomical knowledge are essential for this treatment.
Am I suitable?
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is suitable for those looking to smooth a dorsal hump, correct mild asymmetry, refine the tip or create a straighter profile. It is not suitable for those looking to reduce the overall size of the nose, as filler adds volume rather than removing it. Suitability is always confirmed at consultation.
Does the treatment hurt?
Most patients find the treatment very well tolerated. The filler contains lidocaine and numbing cream is applied beforehand. The nose is a sensitive area but the procedure is quick and discomfort is minimal for most patients.
What are the risks and potential side effects?
Common side effects include temporary redness, swelling and bruising at the injection sites. These typically resolve within a few days. More serious complications are rare but will be discussed in full at your consultation. The nose is a vascular area and it is important to choose a medically qualified practitioner with thorough anatomical knowledge.
How long do results last?
Results typically last 12 months depending on the individual and the product used. Regular maintenance appointments help sustain the result over time.
Will it affect my breathing?
No. The treatment involves injecting filler into the soft tissue of the nose and does not affect the internal nasal structures responsible for breathing. If you have a pre-existing breathing issue related to the structure of your nose, non-surgical rhinoplasty will not address this as it is a cosmetic procedure only.
